Assessments

The final assessment will be conducted at the end of the academic session based on the achievement of a student in the monthly tests, quizzes , 1st term exams, regular home / class work, projects and practical are under-taken by him / her throughout the year. The distribution of marks of each subject will be as under; Home/ Class Work 20% marks Discipline/ Uniform 10% marks Mid term Exams 35% marks Final Term Exams 35% marks

Report Cards

Students will receive reports cards during the course of the school year. However, these will not be issued if a student has an outstanding balance on his/her account i.e, more than 30 days past the due date of the payment or if the report card for the prior term has not been returned.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

A proactive M&E system is used to monitor the progress of the students. Academic progress updates are provided to the parents/ guardians on monthly basis to ensure that they are fully aware of their children’s progress in their studies. Moreover, the parents/guardians can organize meetings any time with the concerned teacher or Principal to discuss the on-going progress of their children.
