Research and Development

TIS recognizes the importance of R&D. Therefore, a separate R&D wing is in place. The primary function of R&D wing is to discover and create new knowledge about scientific and technological topics for the purpose of uncovering and enabling development of valuable new educational products, processes, and services which may be more useful and effective for the learning and teaching.

TIS has clear connections to teacher education and to the different areas of pedagogic research within the school system. Our research and development wing further contributes to increase scientific knowledge and theories about learning societies, learning organizations and learning individuals.
