At least 16 years of education and 20 years of age at the time the internship begins.
Fresh graduates will be eligible for the internship program. An internee is required to complete a minimum of 6-8 weeks and can serve in any one of the following departments depending on their field of education:-
- Accounts and Finance
- Professional Development
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Research & Development
On successful completion of the internship program, an internee will be awarded an Internship Certificate. An internee file will be kept for potential job offers on the basis of their performance.
