TIS offers the training opportunities through the following method:-

Organizing refresher courses , workshops and seminars for the school teachers and administrators
Periodically organizing teacher exchange and mentoring programs through which the schools teachers can share ideas and learn from more experienced teachers.
Telephonic support for advice of experts of TIS during working hours.
