Campuses Web Portal

TIS has comprehensive Computerized Online School Management System (Web Portal) which enables the schools management to smoothly manage all the operations of the School. The philosophy behind the web portal is to facilitate the campuses for the positive use of information technology to lessen their burden. Moreover, it is used to collect information from different campuses of TIS and create a single central point of access to information not only for the top management but also for schools management, teachers, students, parents and guardians.

Web Portal Modules

The system consists of different modules which are as following:-

Registration

This module is used to register the new admissions. After the completion of registration process a welcome letter is generated by the system to confirm the child admission in TIS.

Fee

It deals with the fee matters including fee details, monthly fee vouchers, and vouchers entry etc.

Attendance

It is used to mark the students and staff daily attendance. It also generates a summery of attendance class wise or date wise which helps the school management to check the daily available strength of the school and their details.

Curriculum

This module consists of daily /weekly lesson plans to be implemented in the TIS campuses during an academic session.

Observations

It is used to upload teachers’ observations regarding the students for the different cadres i.e. Academics, behavior, discipline, medical, Parents Teacher Meetings etc. so that parents may be updated about their children performance on regular basis.

Examination

Date sheet and examination papers are available in this module, which are uploaded from the centralized Head Office so that campus download it and conduct the examination accordingly. Moreover, students’ marks and results are also uploaded in it from the campuses end.

Event Management

It contains TIS academic and event management calendars for hilly and plain areas. Event Management team uploads all kinds of action plans for the celebration of the events which helps the campuses to celebrate the event in true spirit.

Stock Management

This module helps the school management to keep track record of all assets and stock of the campus.

HR

All kind of HR forms are available in this module. Furthermore, staff registration, staff state, staff details and staff clearance options are also available in it.

Accounts & Finance

It deals with the accounts and financial matters e.g. different type of vouchers entry, vouchers printing, trial balance and ledger etc.

Visitors

TIS has great concerns with security of its students and employees. Hence, all visitors’ details are entered in this module on regular basis which includes Visitor’s Name, CNIC Number, Address, Contact Numbers, Purpose of Visit, Entry and Exit Time etc.

SMS Trigger

SMS module is used to inform the Parents/Guardian about the admission confirmation, fee, attendance and birthday wishes etc. Furthermore, it is also used for the marketing purpose.

Executive Reports

These reports are system generated on the basis of all data entered into the above modules. These reports facilitate the higher management of the school regarding summaries of the new admissions, attendance of students and employees, fee and defaulters list etc.
